Hi experts..I am buying a pretty upscale townhome. I can get faux wood blinds for the windows through the builder and roll it into my total price. It's a pretty cheap way to go (as far as out of pocket) and ease. BUT, I don't want it to be tacky..thoughts? I can wait and do something else like wovens or shades, but this is the easy way to go.
