Hi everyone, guys. I'm a newbie here, but I've already noticed, that people here know lots about design and are creative in general. I'm also always trying to figure out how to make my home look fresh and new. My question:

I've adopted a dog 2 weeks ago, but, as it always happens, my landlord is strongly against pets in the house, so I need have 2 weeks more to move out. I live now in New Jersey and l don't want to live in a shack. Because very often apartments for pet owners are in horrifying conditions. I've made a little research and found some kind of amenities filters on different websites for dog and cats, but I also need another amenity, like "repair allowed" or "improvements" allowed. Honestly, I love to change colors and furniture in my apartments for the better interior look. And I'm seeking for these ones. Please help. Give contacts of landlords or website that can be helpful for me.
