We moved some neglected spruce to our yard. Most had dried up tops and huge bottom growth. We cut off dead stuff but now we want to take off or trim off the lopsided parts. This is their second season in new home. They are budding nicely. Can we trim weird parts? Also any ideas on how to remove quack grass growing underneath?
