early blight

my blight issues started about 2 seasons ago. last year i ignored everything i read and replanted in the same bed. last year was bad.... very little crop and lots of spraying to maintain what i had. this year i cut back on my tomatoes and moved most of them to a new bed. i wanted to run a little test in the old bed and put 4 started plants in, Roma's, sweet 100's, Esterina F1's, jet star F1's. the sweet 100's and Roma's are already effected badly, but the Esterina's and jet star's seem unaffected... even to the point where the foliage touching the ground seems healthy. but i seem to have a new issue. i have a raised bed adjacent to the old tomato bed that i normally put my peppers in... i'm seeing some issues with my lower pepper plant and egg plant leaves that are worrying me. i'll take some pictures and post them, but it sure looks like a blight issue.

i'm sure this wasn't smart, but i replaced my tomato patch with potatoes, and they are in full bloom and happy as can be... i'm so confused with my nightshades, can anyone shed some light on whats going on?
