From what I can see of what you show above, you don't have the 'base' listed, although it's likely a white or light one. That is printed on the label. I'd ask your friend to take a picture of the can itself, showing the label, and also there should be a sticker on the cover of the can showing the formula. If she can get a close up of both of those, I would think a Ben Moore store could help you.

Or perhaps the store where she bought the paint has a record on file under her name, which your local store could call and get.

I went to the paint shop today and understand the issue more now. The code I have does not tell me for example if it's for a quart or gallon container. And they could guess that the base is light, but don't know for sure what product the codes are exactly for. I'll need to get in touch again with the friend who suggested this color for me.
