My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The creeper in the foreground is Clematis, on the left side Wisteria, Annabelle Hydrangeas near bench...

    Wisteria will overpower the wood and supports and twist it out of shape. Ours did. It took 12 years to see all the damage, however. We did enjoy awesome shade from it in the meantime. Going to have to redo the arbor and remove the wisteria.
