My lawn came out of spring lush and green. Now it going brown!

We hit a hot spell mid may after a wet few weeks in late April/early may.

I am in central NC 7A/B

I failed to put a pre-emptive fungicide down, so I think it could be brown patch.

Last weekend I put down Bayer fungicide in granular form. It says it can help correct fungus and to apply every two weeks until cured, then monthly thereafter.

Will this product actually help cure anything? Is there any hope to back to a lush green through summer? I'm worried what it'll look like July and August, and beyond just looks, I want to make sure the health if the lawn is good so i can work with it in fall.

Let me know if this actually looks like brown patch or something else.

The first picture is in an area that has shade and competition from 2 maples which I know make it more difficult to grow.

The others are in more full sun.
