I used Eldorado Stacked Stone for the walls (Chapel Hill was the stone name / color).

I wanted to thank you for adding your amazing project to Houzz. It inspired me to build a very similar design to fit into my finished basement. I decided to custom build all the wooden shelving and use a product called AirStone sold at Lowe's for the stonework. It reduced cost but definitely added to the assembly time! Mine doesn't have that polished look your does but for my first woodwork project it's pretty cool to look at it and say, "I built that!" Also I used LED strip lights. Thanks again for the inspiration!
