I am in Northern California and I am looking for some sort of fast growing evergreen to use to create a hedge. Would like it to be 8-18 ft high fully grown.

I am getting a lot of conflicting information, what is the best option? Oh, it is also for a about a 150 ft long fence line if that helps.
