Looking at getting a second car. We have a two car garage in the back of our home. It is 18 feet wide and 24 feet deep. The alley is very narrow at 15 feet from the garage door to our neighbor's back fence.

I was curious if anyone could advise on what a reasonable clearance is for a garage to safely pull out. As it stands now with one car, we are best suited pulling out from center just to make it without having to turn multiple times.
