The southern edge of our front yard gets pretty dark going up the hill, but naturally I've planted a few hostas anyway. The eye naturally goes to Queen of the Seas with Liberty and Spotlight behind her on either side. The big one on the rear left is Bressingham Blue with just a leaf of Big Daddy visible on the lower left. The other two up front are Midwest Magic and Yellow River, finally growing after many years of trying.

The sight of a mature Yellow River was what got me into hostas, and I've been trying to grow one ever since.
