how deep is the bottowm track? Can it be set in a floor between two rooms so that it is level with the flooring?

Yes, the bottom track is about 3.5" thick and can be set in the floor so that it is level.

How will I know the dimensions will fit my closets? Can I use existing tracks for sliding mirrored doors I want to replase? Can I get someone to install your product?

This kit has two door panels, each is 36"W x 80" H x 1" D. You can check the measurements of your existing tracks to see if it will fit.
