Maybe. Someone will need to look for themselves to understand how the walls are constructed, how the pipe you don't see is run, etc.

Water has to run downhill, and drains need to be vented. You're not moving that unless you have a basement below to access the drain, and space above to get a vent to air, and several thousand dollars for a plumber.

I know I cannot move the position to the other wall ( I live in a condo), I am just wondering if I can curb it a little closer to the sink wall , it takes half of my lower kitchen cabinet space.

Call a plumber who is allowed to work in a multi family dwelling. He will charge you a service call to tell you the same thing I told you.

Of course I am going to call a licensed plumber to do the actual work if it's possible, I just don't want to pay for somebody to come to my house for an estimate and say is not possible to route the pipe closer to wall.
I am just wondering if anybody else has something similar in their house
