I am repainting my windows on the new addition and came across a Pella Window that has a deteriorate seal that is slotted in to the inside opening side of the window frame. I look all around but could not come up with a piece like that. It kind of close to that of a door frame seal but much narrower and seem to be made of rubberized stuff.

Hope would I go about getting an exact replacement for this seal?
