Nervous about kitchen design

Fully gutting my kitchen from its 1970s original build to get a more usable design with more of an open concept. Right now the kitchen is fully closed off with 2 doorway entries and is a small u-shape with a large bay window looking out to a deck. We are nearing a final plan but I am worried I'm going to mess up some part of the design that hurts resale or functionality.

Our new plan takes out the bay window and replaces it with a door and a large 6.5 ft window above the base cabinets and takes the u-shape out to fit an island. We want to keep lots of light and a view to the yard. We are low on storage space, so I curved the island to fit some stacked wall cabinets along the side of the fridge and gave up a little of the open concept between the kitchen and living room. We have an induction cooktop going in separate from the oven and angled the cooktop in the corner along a new angled section of wall because we couldn't find an island range hood we liked that didn't cut into our view of the dining room.

Im worried the landing space between the sink and cooktop is too narrow and that the oven is too far from the main flow, but I don't know how to fix that while keeping the sink centered on the

Does anyone see flaws I should fix before we tell the contractor to go ahead? Any advice is appreciated.
