Looks like red thread. I would recommend spraying propiconazole (Patch Pro) at a rate of 2oz per thousand sq ft every 2 weeks until it goes away coupled with another application of nitrogen to help the grass grow out of it.

Nitrogen in the summer is problematic because it can encourage some fungal diseases. But it helps with other fungus like red thread. I say apply 3 pounds per thousand of the 20-0-8 as a compromise.

Patch Pro is the same AI as Bayer Fungus Control. It's significantly cheaper (about 4 times cheaper) per thousand sq ft at the same app rate. If you're looking for something that's just ready to apply, you can use the Bayer Fungus Control RTS (the spray) at "double" rate(use one bottle on 2,500 sq ft) every 2 weeks.

Yes, sorry, for some reason I read that as you applied it 1 month ago. Don't apply any more, do just the fungicide.
