hi does this put off a fake flame or a real flame ? thanks

Sorry for the delayed response. It is not real flames that you see, we use LED lighting to project the image of flames on the viewing area. Let us know if you have any more questions.

I just bought the Ambiance CLX Electric Series 100" white fireplace. My husband is a builder and hung it. It looks beautiful but the remote isn't functioning. We can't get the heat to come on or change the color. Please advise.
