Yes, those are pink aphids. They didn't cause the damage though. I know little about tomatoes but someone will be along soon who does, I'm sure.

Aphids can just be hosed off plants with water. The splitting/cracking in the fruit is caused by inconsistent moisture levels - ex: a long period of dry following heavy rains or periods of excess watering that cause the fruit to swell and crack. Just remove them from the plant and toss.

PS: the pink ones are called peach aphids and actually fairly common.

My shock was when I seen blue aphids. They're many different colors than the more common green ones. Excess rain always causes mine to crack like above.
