My bathroom project started out with needing to add grab bars in the tub/shower. One thing led to another and I ended up replacing just about everything. I wanted a large shower however, this bathroom is only 8'5" x 8'10" and is the only full bath in the house. I didn't want to give up the storage and counter top so I decided to stick with the tub/shower combo.

I liked the configuration of the cabinets but the golden oak was dated. The floor tile was glossy white that was slippery as ice with even a little moisture. The tub/shower was an acrylic unit with a drop ceiling.

After:

The cabinets were painted with BM Pale Oak, the wall in SW Rainwashed.
A beautiful Sierra Ridge granite counter top was installed with a white Toto Sink, Delta Linden single faucet and all
mirrored medicine cabinet.

For the tub/shower, an American Standard Studio tub, Delta Stainless faucets and
hand held showerhead were installed. The walls are a bright white wave tile with
Travertine mosiac in greys and tans. Grab bars were installed for the hand held shower bar, and two addition in the tub.

The floor tile was replaced with a very pale sandy color tile with
matching grout. The walls were painted in SW Rainwashed with bright
white trim. The towel bar and toilet paper holder are Delta assist bars.
