The most common reason for foliage to turn yellows, rusts or reds is drought stress. I would also wonder about the soil conditions.....with the amount of perlite I see, it looks like they are in potting soil rather than garden soil. If that is the case - or you amended heavily with a potting soil - then chances are high there are some nutrient issues going on.

Turf grasses - lawns - can also be subject to a fungal disease known as red thread. But that is almost too sparse to be considered a lawn and again, I wonder about the soil conditions. Need more information.

soil in some place is much sandy , maybe its not stress couse its not first year of gooseberry. But true is that I used some potty soil couse it was very sandy place, and I didnt refertilize it. IT can be problem with deficiency of nutrients ? IF yes then which mineral ? Thanks alot for answer .

Generally, that burnished coloring is due to a lack of phosphorus. Amending or mulching with compost would help the quality of your soil as well as providing some needed nutrients. Compost or composted manure is one of the best ways to provide plant accessible P and is also an excellent soil amendment. I would shoot for that rather than attempting to address with just a fertilizer..........that can be tricky.
