Ok thanks. That ratio equals about the same as what I did. I checked it on a reliable meter this morning it was 4.05. Probably a little on the low side but my soil is a little on the high side so I'll continue using that ratio.

One of the blueberry growers on here watered his blueberry plants with ammonium sulfate. His plant grew 10X the size in a year. Crazy!!!

I'm inspired to try out his method come spring. I'll probably cut his dosage down to half just to be even safer.

Rainwater shouldn't need vinegar. If you get your media pH correct, plain old rainwater should maintain the pH in the same zone. If your media pH is too high there are better ways to lower pH, like a little sulfur. Sulfur changes pH much more permanently than vinegar.

I have also been adding elemental sulphur and ammonium sulfate the past couple of years but the pH is continuing to hang at 6 or just under. Even though i continue uping the amounts. Thought this might help push things a little lower along with increasing sulphur amounts. I'm also moving a couple to containers to see if that works better for me...

You might be better putting more emphasis on how the plants are doing than a pH number. If the plants look good try to maintain the status quo.
