Yeah no kidding! The last one is Spilt Milk - it's the only one I'm sure of (just because the nursery had a lot of that one that were labeled...)

The last one DEFINITELY is NOT 'Spilt Milk' but either 'Striptease' or 'Gypsy Rose'.

The 2nd one is 'Invincible', 3rd one is 'Undulata Albomarginata', 4th is ?, 5th could be 'Emerald Tiara', 6th looks like 'Halcyon'

7 might be a young Krossa Regal, already showing long flower stems. Nice haul to fill a small bed, they all seem to be healthy plants, lucky you :-)

I agree last one is not Spilt milk, it does looks like my Strip Tease hosta- but I do not have gypsy rose to compare it with.

4th yellow green one looks like the August Moon hosta, I have it for comparsion.

Shiny green looks like Invincible (as Pieter said).

Agree with City Lights looks like a good possibility for the yellow green hosta in the 7th (3rd from last) photo.

But I am new to hostas so my IDing skills are weak, just chiming in... but you did get a great hosta haul for the $, though. :)

How about that. You're right - definitely not Spilt Milk. They must have all of that variety mislabeled. I have Striptease, and this looks different to me, although I'll have to do a side by side to tell you why.

invincible looks like a match to me.

Krossa Regal is likely, and one I love but still haven't picked up.

City lights doesn't look quite right, but it could be in a pot. #4 and #5 both seem like smaller leafed hostas to me. I'm not familiar with City Lights (in person), but it look larger leafed? I was thinking #5 might be Emerald Tiara (green margin). #4 has a similar leaf size, shape, and substance. In fact, I kept looking through the tiara line thinking I'd find it but never did.

I'm thinking some of these may be better ID-d after a year or so in the ground. I'm wondering how much the leaf size is being affected by being crowded in last years pots...

I have 2 'City Lights' in nursery pots. I'll post a pic in a couple hours when I get home. The leaves are much smaller in the pots.

I would suggest that you walk through the nursery again this year and write down all the varieties they have on hand. That way, when the tagless sale happens next year, you will have limited the possibilities. Proper Prior Planning for Planting!

I have Striptease and Gypsy Rose--the Striptease plants I have are huge but the Gypsy Rose is new and quite small. How large is your Gypsy Rose? I honestly don't think I could tell the difference if they were both the same size.

The fourth one looks like golden Sceptre.
