My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Kahn, Roxy + Crow: Fireplace is made by Malm - model is Zircon 34" wood burning - custom color - comes in gas too. Dresser is one of a kind bought at an antique store in Lambertville NJ. Roman (window) Shades are from a custom window shade maker/installer in Philadelphia PA - heavy raw silk, beige/oyster color. Headboard is a lightly distressed, stained wood bolted/married to a white mattress carriage w/ feet - don't have a detailed pic of it but that's the idea.
