Cost will depend on where you live, if other plumbing will be done, how busy local plumbers are etc. A question this vague will not result in any where near a detailed answer. well, obviously the plumbing needs to join up to the drain in a different place, but that might or might not mean moving the whole thing -- could be you could use the same and just change how it joins up, or could be it will need to be rerun from the waste line up. somebody needs to have a look and tell you. I suspect it will be a drop in the bucket once you've gutted to start over -- usually you're replacing all the old lines and wiring anyway.

It's not just the drain line, it's the vent too. No way to say without detailed drawings of existing and proposed.
