I am trying to decide on barstools for my kitchen. I am open to changing the light fixtures and would also like to redo the backsplash to a cream/off white color, like the color of the cabinets and walls. I am open to replacing the faucet also. I "wish" I could put in hardwood floors and change the countertops too, but being on a budget, I can't right now. Should I go with acrylic barstools in gold or silver finish, or something more traditional like a french style cane back barstool? Should I change out the light fixtures to gold? I was considering a gold lantern. The floors are a blue/grey slate. I also plan to update the light fixture above there breakfast table too
