Small black bugs on spider plant! Help!

Hello, I have had these small bugs on my spider plant for some time now, they don't seem to kill it very fast but my neighbouring wandering Jacob was all wilted leaves and black sap spots all over it! They move but don't fly. I've attached some photos, does anyone know what this could possibly be?! Thank you for any help:)
