Lois, I'm looking forward to see what you come up with for making 'made fabric'.......it sounds really interesting.

I might call them 'crumbs' except most of the pieces are larger than crumbs. It might be interesting to put 'like' colors together for the made-fabric as a beginning point for this method. This might be in my future.....someday. :-)

Love the made-fabric and the quilt. It is on my bucket list but I don't seem to know how to put the right fabrics together so they look good.

Lots of what Victoria shows in her book are "made fabrics" using one color family. Then she uses them to make traditional blocks. It's very inspirational.

Love that quilt Lois! I hope to make more of those strip blocks I posted a while ago after learning about VFW. My intent is to make HST from them for a quilt. Another longer term project!
