Emma wanted more usuable outdoor area for her elevated ground floor unit.

The grassed area was sloped and not practical.

She wanted to create a entertaining/alfresco dining area, as well as creating a quite oasis for herself, where she could enjoy the sun and peace and quiet of the garden area.

Emma wanted a deck but didn’t want maintenance associated with a traditional timber deck.We chose a composite decking material after looking at many samples. The deck has a striking modern feel with no visible fixings. We added an anodised aluminium angle to define the edges of deck and stairs.

The 2 way stairs were a design request that gives the deck an easy flow. The addition LED deck lights completed the project.
