I would keep the hallways, at least, lighter and neutral, like one of the lighter (gray?) colors from your carpet; you could use that throughout or switch to a light blue for the actual office spaces. You don't say what kind of business this is, so I don't know if meeting rooms are mostly for workspace or are for impressing clients -- if the latter, then you might go a few shades darker for drama, maybe a medium-to-dark blue from that same carpet.

You might want to study color psychology a bit before deciding on colors. Certain colors evoke different feelings in people and you want the space to be conducive to work but have a pleasant feeling as well. Here's an article from Forbes that may help. https://www.forbes.com/sites/amymorin/2014/02/04/how-to-use-color-psychology-to-give-your-business-an-edge/#31cbf572170a

i would stay away from the dark linen, again choose colors that are uplifting and inspiring in work environments. It makes people feel happy and if they feel happy they are more productive. I like the light gray/blue color option. Its fresh, clean, neutral but not boring.

good luck!

SW tinsmith could be really nice. It's a gray that leans blue-green, and it looks very fresh.

Otherwise, here are some colors from your carpet to get you in the right direction, though they're mostly pretty dark.

We like your idea of using blue, a light blue or lighter shade would work well in your office! Check out this article: http://www.tgdaily.com/enterprise/how-to-tell-your-brands-story-through-your-office-interior

Are there going to be fluorescent lights in the ceilings? If so, be sure to get a daylight color bulb for them so they don't turn everything that sick yellow-green that can happen with fluorescents.

I'm not sure what the lighting situation in the offices is like, so I don't know how dark you're thinking for those. My instinct is tinsmith in the offices, then either a half mix of it (the paint store only puts half the regular amount of color in the paint so it ends up much paler) or something in the realm of first star for the halls

Sounds like the Tinsmith would be a good choice for the hallways. It's bright and not at all depressing. I'd stick with a blue gray in the offices so they don't appear too juvenile. This is SW Niebla Azul.
