I purchased ruffle blackout panels from Pottery Barn kids and put them up. I LOVE them, but I feel the windows are too narrow for this style. The ruffles make the panels very puffy and there is too much fabric bunched up since the window is so narrow.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should do for window coverings or curtain tiebacks/holdbacks?

My two criteria are they must be blackout and I don't want to spend a penny more than $400 so likely no custom roman shades, etc. I prefer white or something that wont make the room too busy looking. Room with the super puffy panels.
