jburcio, those are Quarter Sawn Oak floors with a site applied custom finish. I cant tell the color from the picture. Here is a helpful grain diagram.

We checked our records and the floor was 5/8"x5" White Oak Rift and Quarter Sawn. Finish 1 coat of oil based stain (Jacobean); 3 coats oil based finish, satin. Hope this helps you.
