Yet another 5-1-1 question

I know that this sort of question has been answered a number of times but I've been searching and googling and haven't been able to find anything specific to my situation .

I found some pine bark nuggets from my local nursery. They were far too large, so I ran them over with my truck a number of times and then screened first through chicken wire then again though some finer chicken wire.

The concern now is that although I have some good consistent sized pieces of bark, I also have a significant amount of dust.

I'm curious if I should forego the peat all together or perhaps increase the perlite to a -2- instead of -1- part, or if I should use a window screen to separate the dust all together and just stick with the small chips.

FYI, this mix will be used for citrus tree, specifically a Meyer lemon, if it makes a difference.

Here is a pic of my pine bark bits/dust alongside a Canadian dime
