"Wild" grapes have reappeared... help?! :)

Many years ago, my friend had huge pine trees at the back of the property that were intertwined with "wild" grapes... Concords, I'd say, but I'm not convinced they were planted intentionally. lol! They certainly made great jelly!!!!

So fast-forward all these years: many of the pines have been removed and I just noticed that there are several strong grapevines that have grown up and along a 4' wire fence! My questions: 1 - will the 4' wire fence work as a structure for the vines, or will the grapevines quickly pull that fence down?! 2 - Some of the branches are being sent out perpendicular to the fence... is it ok if I just clip them off now, or should I try to train them back (awkwardly) toward the fence? 3 - What are the chances these will produce fruit??? Grapevines have shown
up on his property in the past, and I nursed some of them for years but
they never had fruit.

My goal is simply to get some of those terrific grapes to make jelly. lol!

ETA: I'm in Z5, NY, if it matters. :)
