Advice on paint color for curb appeal

Hi, We moved into this house a couple months ago and I'm really wanting to boost the curb appeal. It's such a "plain jane" look having a white front door, trim and garage door with pale yellow siding. I'd love advice on what paint color to paint the white front door and possibly paint the trim and garage door, which is also white. Thank you in advance!

House is great. You will get a lot of impact just by changing the front door light and light over the garage to something more modern in bronze, them get a coordinating new and larger house number plate.

You might start thinking about a landscape plan as well. The rounded foundation plants do nothing for your curb appeal, plus they are tedious to clip and hedge. Just start collecting photos of what you like and noticing what grows well in your area. Get used to the light during different times of the year.

Agree blue can be nice with yellow siding. It's hard to get a good reading on your yellow from the computer screen. I like this combo...

Agree blue would be great for door. BM Sea Star 2123-30 or darker Gentleman's Gray 2062-20. Paint the storm door blue also. Leave the trim & garage door white. Some large blue pots with bright flowers on steps and beside garage door would add appeal. Work on removing and updating the "ball" bushes.

Blue would be great just be particular about the shade. Don't go too dark. The one posted is great and it's more royal than navy I think.

Just checked the Sea Star and Gentleman's Gray from jck10...both are very nice!

Landscaping is the biggest part of curb appeal. Your current plantings don't enhance your home. Visit the Garden Forum to get help on your landscaping.
