Are the windows already painted? Or did they install these windows and then match the paint to them? Any close ups of the windows?

Windows are pvc they don't need to be painted.

I'd go with dark siding. I gave you one dark window trim and one white to see which you like.

Perhaps going with a lighter color over all and then darker trim will give you the look you are wanting. Here is an example (without brick) that would show you what we mean.
