Is this hard wired?

I want to hang from the ceiling. Pls confirm it is hard wired. Also is says max 200 watts. Is this correct? Is it dimmable?

    Hello,


    This is dimmable, it is actually 65 max. If you use a LED light bulb it would be brighter.
