Ah, there are so many of these that identifying it is highly contentious...although the rugose foliage does tend to be more of a microphylla feature. Have noticed a whole slew of 'mirage' salvias in pinks and purples this year - a small and compact cultivar.

It looks to have a lot of greggii because of the linear leaf with smooth margins. Microphyllas have wider leaves with toothed margins.

Definitely a S. greggii 'Meadow Sage' variety. Looks like 'Lipstick' or 'Heatwave'.

Meadow sage as a common name has been traditionally restricted to Salvia pratensis and by extension to its cousins S. nemerosa/sylvestris/superba, all European plants. Some marketers have recently been applying this name to S. greggii/microphylla and their hybrids.

Some Heatwave forms have noticeably microphylla hybrid content.
