Kali, I don't know what this is, but try digging down and see if you can find a tag attached to the actual rose. Last year I found a bunch of Austins from Lowe's this way. They were in black gal. pots labeled "asst. roses" from a Fl. grower. They didn't have any this year; maybe these are the same.

Do you have a pic of the pot and it's tag? I would recognize it.

Unfortunately the pot has been put in the recycling which was taken by the trash collectors this morning :/ I'll check around the base of the rose canes though, maybe it's under some dirt :)

I think you have solved her mystery! That tall growth IS quite distinctive and the bloom beautiful.
