My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The paint colour is Vivid White straight out of the tin - when you want that "clean white" look it is the best as it doesn't take on any other hues through the addition of tints.

      Is Vivid White a brand name, type of paint, or just any can of paint untinted? Sorry for more bother but I'm not quite clear about this. And yes, love the clean white look. Thank you very much!

      Vivid White is the white straight out of the can (on any brand) - you won't be disappointed if that is the look you are going for.

      The floor is an engineered laminate floor. It is a stunning wide board with texture to the touch. It is a commercial grade so wears amazingly well. The product is Kronotex, the range is Mammut and the colour is Capital Oak. A truly beautiful product!

      The pendant lights are a "Concrete Heavy Light". I purchased them from an Australian company called Curio Design although if you Google "Concrete Heavy Light" you should find a few sources. They really are stunning!
