How should I measure this ?

to determine what I need for a ceiling fan? Is it the neck or lip or shoulder?and is it the height of the part below the neck or the entire height to to lip at top?

    Hello! The measurement you need is the 2 1/4" at the top of the globe. It should fit most ceiling fan light kits that take three or more globes.
