The gap between the wall and cabinets is 41 5/8 inches. My stove is 30" leaves me with 11 5/8 inches. Roughly about 10.5 inches with countertop overhang etc. I moved in there was a 42" range here, we've rep.aced it with a 30" stove. And centered the stove with the 36" vent hood which vents outside or we would have moved it off to one side. My question is what are some options to fill the void? 5-6" cabinets on either side for cookie sheets? Then what would you put on top of them? I'm at a loss any creative ideas to fill the huge void would be appreciated. Up top I plan to put filler strips on each side of the hood.
