Thank you for your kind comments! It's possible I can work in Ventura County, it just depends on the project. I work mostly on the Westside of Los Angeles but I currently have a project on the East Coast. What kind of project do you have?

A very weird little 3,200 sq ft house I rented in Santa Rosa Valley (between T.O. and Camarillo) . Maybe a consult (photo or otherwise) if you are so busy. This house is beyond difficult and a challenge that requires genius to conquer . Needs ground up work but just how much does one dedicate to a two year rental? Might just be hopeless but I must give it a shot. The journey IS the destination, right?

It's a page one re-write but perhaps you will see some potential in the blank canvas, even though the bare bones are pretty gruesome and intractable.
