The stippling is classic spider mite.

Spray with insecticidal soap or neem oil. I prefer neem oil.

I've never seen neem oil for sale but i can buy horticultural oil. Works the same right?

Neem is an insecticide; horticultural oil usually does not contain insecticide; it works by smothering and cutting off oxygen. I have a problem with the extensive use of neem, as it is a broad spectrum insecticide that also kills beneficials.

Horticultural Oil, in particular'All Seasons Dormant Oil'...,has always controlled mites and many other possible pests in my garden and on my trees.

John, Neem kills insects that feed on the plants sprayed with neem, so carefully limiting the spray to only those plants will minimize killing of beneficials (and not overspraying).

I use a Tablespoon of Canola oil to a quart with 3/4 teaspoon of dawn dish soap. It works great. I apply it in the evening a rinse it of the next morning. If the growth is real small and new, don't spray that shoot.
