Mold near electronics

So I have an Ikea TV stand exactly the same as this one: http://www.ikea.com/PIAimages/59638_PE165526_S5.JPG

Now today I discovered mold behind my couch and bed, and also underneath my TV stand! Underneath the first and second layer, it is a light brown thin type of wood material. I discovered a ton of mold there. I'm not sure how long the mold has been there for, but basically my PS4 and PS3 are in the bottom shelf of this TV stand. the mold wasn't touching the consoles but it was close. Of course I'm going to remove the mold from the stand, but Can mold like that damage my electronics? and what about the bleach vapor? Thanks!

Mold grows on wood because wood can absorb a lot of moisture from the air (or if it actually gets wet of course), plus there is organic matter there for it to feed on. It is much less likely for it to grow on plastic or metal like you find in electronics. Not impossible, but much less likely.

I'd say if the electronics are not actually wet (as from a flood) and there is no mold on the outside, they're probably fine.

What is causing all this moisture? Can you run a dehumidifier?

Mold may not damage your electronics, but high humidity will damage your electronics. "Bleach vapor" is corrosive, so yes, bleach vapor can damage your electronics.
