white dove vs cloud white bianco antico granite

I have ordered bianco antico granite for my new kitchen. I am struggling with my cabinet colors. I don't like the stark white look and have been gravitating towards white dove. Here is a picture of my slab. Which do you think would look better? My house will be painted Edgecomb gray and I have fairly warm furniture. Thanks!
