My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Is polished brass making a comeback?

My husband and I built our house 26 years ago. We are now preparing it for sale in the next few years. Should we de-brass?

    Hi Heather! Brass is definitely big right now, especially aged/warm brass hues that have a more caramel hue to them. (The aged brass in the fixture pictured here, the Hudson Valley Roslyn, is a good example!) However, if your home has the more bright yellow brass that was popular in the 80s, consider replacing those fixtures with something newer.
