l add more info. The leaves look healthy and have no symptoms of disease yet. But from the base its drooping. Is it possible that it because of the weight of these each leaf itself and its nomal for tree ferns?

The leaves on Dicksonia DO hang down - that is its normal growth habit. But once they have developed a sufficiently tall 'trunk', that hanging/drooping appearance is not as pronounced as it is with a baby tree fern.
