Does anyone know what this is?

After 20 years of gardening in this location, suddenly I'm seeing this plant sprouting everywhere. It comes up in clumps, from reasonably large dark colored seeds. I've found it in the lawn, in my flower beds, and in my vegetable garden. The top photo is a clump I just pulled, the second is some that has been growing for a while, and the third is it in my vegetable bed. Can anyone identify this? Thanks!!
