8.5' dining table 7.5' island.

Can you tell me about the light fixture above the island and dining table?

That was custom made design by architect. It is a combination of LED tape light (2700K, by DIODE LED) , KLUS housing and etched diffuser, off the shelf metal rods, and the 1x4 walnut planks by Matt Eastvold.

the flooring was 5" wide solid rift sawn white oak with a rubio monocoat finish.

the concrete floor was a 3" topping slab over 1 1/4" plywood with a matte penetrating masonry sealer . Radiant tubes were embedded in the floor control joints were sawcut and 8' on center.

That is the black basalt slab by Neolith. You can probably replicate with natural Basalt slabs or tiles too. Chose here as it has superior durability as it is Neolith
