My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Sorry everybody, I've been down with some health issues for the last couple of weeks. But now i am back at it.
    As for the floors in this kitchen, they are reclaimed oak flooring that had been refinished on site. It is helpful to look around at any building material resale shops to find what you are looking for and then after installation finish it for the look you wish. By doing this, you not only obtain a look that is completely unique to your dwelling, but is also extremely environmentally friendly. Good luck!
